This air fryer vegetables recipe is a quick and easy way to cook veggies. Crisp, browned, and well seasoned, they're a delicious, healthy side dish!

Air Fryer Veggies (Recipe)

Instructions

  • 1.  In a medium-sized bowl add the broccoli florets, bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, and yellow squash.

  • 2. Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and parmesan and toss.


  • 3. Place vegetables in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 390 degrees for 5 minutes. Open the air fryer and toss the vegetables. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
