This air fryer vegetables recipe is a quick and easy way to cook veggies. Crisp, browned, and well seasoned, they're a delicious, healthy side dish!

Air Fryer Veggies (Recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (Kasadrinos **FREE Bottle**)
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 6 ounce mushrooms sliced
- 1 small zucchini sliced
- 1 small yellow squash sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- 1. In a medium-sized bowl add the broccoli florets, bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, and yellow squash.
- 2. Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and parmesan and toss.
- 3. Place vegetables in the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 390 degrees for 5 minutes. Open the air fryer and toss the vegetables. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
